Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value

Ready to dispatch in 1-3 business days. All items are posted through Australia Post. Item comes nicely packaged with information about the item you purchased. 

AUSTRALIA DOMESTIC SHIPPING (Regular/Express)
We use Regular or Express shipping through Australia Post with a tracking number.
*We process & post next business day unless there is a question regarding your order in which case we will contact you via email or you choose to customise your bracelet.
Regular post generally takes 3-5 business days and express is next day delivery. 
*Postage times are estimated from the next day after postage has occurred. You will receive an email confirmation to say postage has occurred, the timeframe count will be taken from the following day.

(However please note that due to Covid-19 these time frames can no longer be guaranteed by Australia Post).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Standard/Express Post)
The shipping cost is calculated at check out according to the destination. 
Parcel prices start from AU $18 ($15 for New Zealand)
When you select "Standard International", you will be provided with an international tracking number and will need to allow approximately 5 business days to reach Europe or the USA. 
Orders are posted from Gold Coast in Queensland by Australia Post. You can use their website to get a clearer idea of delivery times to your location.
