The Language of Tarot

Tarot cards are a great technique or method for exploring the inner self and unconscious mind, they actually do work! There is no denying the power and truth revealed through tarot.

Mysterious, esoteric, and ancient in origin with a system that spans back to millennia. Tarot is based on divination that reveals the information about your past, the present, and future. For some it is a path to discover the truths in life. For others it is a process of

self-discovery. The tarot’s universal symbols speak of a journey and a guide to discovering what concerns you have at the present time.

One of the easiest ways to read intuitively is to consult a tarot deck that you feel connected with. I have many different tarot decks but there are only several l feel deeply connected with that provide accurate guidance. I find the more l reflect on the cards, the more l discover. Tarot readings can be read upright and reverse, I prefer to stick with the originality of the upright readings as l find all answers are still revealed. I believe tarot readings are good for giving guidance to important life changing decisions.

Tarot takes a bit of time and dedication to learn as each card has various layers of meaning. I also find it is best to choose the method you feel more comfortable or connected with. It is not always necessary to follow every Tarot book instructions, you will find that each one has various different meanings. Discover your own language of tarot that works best for you. Everyone has one or more extrasensory gifts of clairvoyance, clairsentience, and

clairaudience that open to some degree. The gifts that open reflect our uniqueness.

Tarot is a deeply intriguing system that overlaps with numerous ancient systems such as numerology, astrology, the Kabbalah. There is no denying that Tarot cards predict what is to come and show the most likely outcome based on what is happening in our lives within the present moment.

There are many explanations for how and why tarot cards provide such accurate answers.

When using a tarot deck, many believe we are connecting to our unconscious minds which are a bridge to the collective unconscious, or Universal Mind. Within our unconscious and shared unconscious (what psychologist Carl Jung called the ‘Collective Unconscious’). Here resides our essence, our wisdom, or our true nature- (soul).

You can also use tarot cards for far more than simple “yes/no” answers – they can help to reveal the very core meaning of the synchronicity you’re experiencing. Because tarot cards are primarily image-based, they are one of the most powerful ways of connecting with the wisdom buried deep within us. Try not to rely on your cards for every answer. The cards are meant to supplement your decision-making, not replace it. The best use of the cards is to explore the depth of your own inner self, not peek into the world of another unless you have been given permission to do so. Being mindful will help you to get the most out of your tarot cards.
