If you have a question for us, please go through our list before getting in touch. How do l pay for my order?

Payments are accepted by PayPal, Credit Card, (Mastercard, Bankcard, Visa), Afterpay, available on checkout.

All prices on the website are listed in Australian Dollars. 

 

 

Is my information kept safe

Gems & DailyGuidance are dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, and personalise your shopping experience with us. Gems & DailyGuidance uses cookies to allow you to login to your account, maintain a shopping cart and to purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from us only last while you’re browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your 

Can l return or exchange my item 

I gladly accept returns and exchanges within: 14 days of delivery, if damaged or 

faulty. I don’t accept cancellations 

If there is a problem with your order for any other reason, please contact me so we can discuss it. Your satisfaction is my priority.

What is the postage price and processing time 

AUSTRALIA – DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We use trackable shipping with Australia Post. Choose between regular or express shipping. Regular post generally takes 3-5 business days and express is next day 

• We process & post next business day, unless there is a question regarding your order in which case we will contact you via email or you choose to customise your bracelet

• Postage times are estimated from the next day after postage has occurred. You will receive an email confirmation to say postage has occurred, the timeframe count will be taken from the following day.

The shipping price listed is for regular/standard shipping within Australia

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

REGULAR / EXPRESS POST

The shipping cost is calculated at check out according to the destination. Please note that if you select the “Economy Air ” option you won’t be able to track your parcel once it is outside of Australia. For Europe and the USA you need to allow approximately 10 business days.

When you select “Standard International”, you will be provided with an international tracking number and will need to allow approximately 5 business days to reach Europe or the USA.

Overseas orders are not in our jurisdiction once they leave Australia, we cannot be held liable for custom charges, loss, delays or theft in your country. We do not give refunds for parcels not received overseas. We provide your tracking number as proof of your goods being shipped, for you to monitor once they depart Australia.

 

Can we come to the shop and purchase products 

Yes, as well as an online store we do have a physical shop at kiosk 4/160 Cotlew street, Ashmore 4214, Qld. We are open Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)
